Job Summary
• Works directly with an organization's senior leadership to conceptualize, orchestrate, guide, develop solutions, programs, policies, and HR strategies that closely supports organizational goals
• Works closely with leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
• Be a catalyst in HR Analytics by building health dashboards focusing on business & people insights, analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with teams across the HR group to develop solutions and programs
• Promotes employee well-being, culture, and diversity with various initiatives Org. initiatives
• Manages the lifecycle of Performance management e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions
• Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
• Works in collaboration with the Training & Development team to identify training needs for business units
• Partners with the legal department as needed/required and ensuring regulatory compliance

Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent in verbal & written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
• Able to support the needs in a fast paced and growing organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualification & Experience
Education and Experience:
• Minimum of 6 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
