Job Description

As an RM professional, you get an opportunity to use various tools for scheduling, data management and analysis. Continuously engage in conversations with stakeholders to understand the project pipeline, skills requirements and open needs to provide insights into issues concerning capacity and deployment, thus enabling effective management of resources for India & US. Connect with the professionals to determine their competencies, goals and interests. RMs offer critical advice to the business leadership around demand & supply management, industry and market trends and application to the current functional processes.

Key Responsibilities Include

As an RM professional you will be responsible in the deployment of resources with a focus on operational efficiency, process excellence, and customer experience. It is expected you will have a thorough knowledge of the staffing tools and processes. Some of the key deliverables will be: • Maintain high level of proficiency in all resource management tools. • Ensure Hygiene factors for the assigned population are met as defined by the respective project head. • Data Research, Analysis & Reconciliation. • Lead/streamline activities/reports (Focus on taking activities to next level). • Support the data requirement of Resource Manager. • Build process efficiencies - Understand the business need and come up with best-fit solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation

• 7+ years of work experience in Resource Management Role
