Job Summary

Role: Manager / Senior Manager - Agile Coach (AC) – Scaled Agile (SAFe) Implementation Experienced

Position Summary: You will be coaching multiple delivery teams and helping them adopt the agile
mindset and practices. The ideal candidate has highly experienced in Scaled Agile(SAFe) Implementation and in driving change management. initiatives across the organization and possesses an Agile mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities

Candidate should be able to implement Scaled Agile framework for new engagements and can drive the
initiatives – can lead multiple scrum teams/pods
• Coach business and technology teams through the journey of Agile adoption
• Establish and drive Agile practices, share knowledge and facilitate learning at scale throughout the verticals
• Coaching and mentoring cross-functional teams at different levels
• Proficiency in numerous lean & agile patterns and techniques for Scrum/related approaches rolling out
processes such as for dependency matrix, burndown techniques, retrospective formats, handling
impediments, agile release process etc.
• Establish a strong commitment within the teams and improve the agile ways of working
• Hand on expert in Agile project management tools helping the team to structure and develop product
requirement backlogs and user stories; helping the team on how to be self-organized
• Working towards collaboration, predictability, transparency and promoting a culture of experimentation and
innovation; Evaluate and advise scalable Agile Frameworks
• Setting up governing policies to support Agile-based approach
• Apply system thinking to surface any bottlenecks and dysfunctions
• Designing a scalable strategy for the organizational adoption of Agile
• Help in scaling the Agile framework across the organization
• Working with teams, stakeholders and streamlining the agile processes as per the organizational vision

Qualification & Experience

10 to 15 - years of total IT experience working in the agile-driven environment.
• 5 -7 years of SAFe implementation and Agile coaching exp. preferably Data analytics/data engg. domain
• Proven track record in design thinking and systems thinking
• Expert in JIRA , MS ADO , Confluence, Miro, SharePoint, Rally, MS-TFS, MS Excel, and Wiki
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Mandatory: SAFe5.1, ICP-ACC – Agile Coach or/and related Certification
• Good to have: Relevant Agile advanced certifications (Lean Kanban/Scrum Alliance/
Scrum.org/SAFe/LeSS/Disciplined Agile/CAL-E/T/O or PAL-I/EBM)
