Roles & Responsibilities

  • Program manage customer journey mapping & analytics offering of Tredence
  • Advance the thinking on journey analytics, working with cross functional teams to manage and evolve our proposition
  • Lead engagements/projects in journey analytics and deliver measurable value to our clients
  • Consult with leadership and develop product strategy how to best measure call-to-actions, fallout rates, containment rates, and cross-channel customer journeys.

Qualification & Experience

  • Advanced degree (e.g. MBA/MS)
  • At least 5 years of work experience in journey analytics and product/digital analytics
  • Played a client-facing role in driving CX or Marketing projects
  • Subject matter expertise in journey analytics & associate products
  • Demonstrate history of driving strategy, innovation and growth through collaboration and experimentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in working with Journey analytics & orchestration platforms (e.g. Adobe Experience Platform etc.)
  • A thorough understanding of marketing strategies and digital operations (e.g. CRO, Paid Marketing Activations etc.)
  • Experience in working on product analytics projects and driving changes to the product
  • Knowledge about cloud data warehouses and familiarity with data strategy project lifecycle
  • Demonstrated knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology (e.g., NPS, Churn, Retention etc.)
  • Robust quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and sound business acumen
  • Excellent communicator with experience in facilitation across all levels; skilled at addressing both large and small audiences across multiple leadership levels and functions
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience (verbal and written) in English; able to produce and finalize complex documents in English
