Job Summary

The role will be aligned with Tredence Academy of Learning and Leadership vertical and help us in dealing with the end-to-end Learning and Development activities.

Bangalore / Chennai / Gurgaon / Pune

Roles & Responsibilities

Program Execution
•    Invite signups/nominations and confirm participation
•    Drive the prep/kick off meetings to provide context, set expectations, and share pre-work (if required)
•    Manage training programs using MS Teams, zoom etc.
•    Capture attendance and feedback for the training programs and evaluate patterns
•    Managing stakeholders 
Logistics
•    Book calendars well in advance for the training programs 
•    Work with Admin team to ensure external training partners are onboarded smoothly
•    Ensure seamless program implementation to achieve timelines 
•    Work with the program owners to help build a pool of trainers/SMEs across Tredence
Reports
•    Responsible for furnishing periodic reports/ dashboards 
Skills required
•    Proficiency in the Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
•    Strong Written and verbal communication
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Collaboration and interpersonal skills
 

Qualification & Experience

MBA (0-1 years of experience in L&D/HR)
BBA (2-3 years of experience in L&D/HR)
Please note this role will require you to work in rotational shifts.
