Responsibilities: 1. Lead Customer Experience Management Practice’s Delivery for the CPG Vertical at Tredence 2. Deliver Best-In-Class solution design for Consumer Insights and Media/Marketing problems for our CPG customers 3. Drive last mile adoption of solutions and deliver quantifiable business outcomes 4. Lead solution delivery – End to End ownership of solution design, execution plan, periodic reviews, and interim/final deliverables 5. Be part of the core strategy team and lead development of accelerators and products for CXM offerings 6. Collaborate with domain consultants, data scientists and data engineers to create a highfunctioning delivery system 7. Own domain-related content prep for any RFP response and other sales meetings 8. Train, hire and lead a global team to support solution design and delivery for CPG-CXM interlock

 

Requirements: 1. 10+ Years of experience in solving consumer insights or media/marketing problems for Consumer Goods companies 2. Strong foundations on data and analytics approaches, frameworks, and technologies with relevant hands-on experience 3. Understanding of the fundamentals of the CPG/FMCG industry, with a strong focus on the marketing, innovation, media, customer loyalty functions 4. Demonstrated experience across both consulting and business development. We believe the most successful leaders have real-world experience with both client delivery and sales. 5. Track record of successful development of projects in areas of Marketing Mix Modeling, Media Planning & Measurement, Retail Media Measurement & Optimization, Dynamic Creative Optimization, Shopper Analytics, Voice of Consumer, Customer 360 & CDP, Google/Adobe Analytics data, recommendations for next best action and similar. 6. A passion for building a successful business. This will require entrepreneurship, bias for action and a solution-oriented mindset 7.
