We are looking for a Catalog Expert that will provide guidance on the growing Alation data catalog initiative. The primary focus will be managing a team to provide solutions across people, process, and technology to grow and measure the success of the initiative and work towards a stable state where the catalog userbase and content is growing

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Create Alation feature / goal road map to guide the direction of the catalog
• Manage/drive consumption/facilitate stakeholder discussion
• Create API python scripts
• Create monitoring SQL code & dashboards
• Work in the Alation UI to make improvements

Qualification & Experience

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on programming experience in Python.
• 1+ years hands on with Alation
• Excellent knowledge to integrate data from different Applications using REST API’s.
• Basic SQL knowledge
