Job summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Training professional with 10 to 13 years of experience in designing, executing, and monitoring end to end Technical Training programmes. Additionally, we are looking for someone who have experience in executing learning programs and trainings for the early careers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support in strategizing and building the global Technical Training strategy in alignment with business needs
• Based on research; design, plan and implement technical training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths
• Develop training strategies to support learning objectives such as Digital learning, Virtual instructor led learning, Blended learning programs etc.
• Champion the campus-hire onboarding program to ensure that they hit the ground running
• Evaluate and Partner with vendors to drive upskilling and cross-skilling through certifications.
• Ensure constant interaction with business leaders to stay up to date on all technical training requirements
• Ensures all the requirements are met through development and execution of interventions while also monitoring budget.
• People Management skills to motivate and work with a dynamic and cross-geo team
• Ability to communicate and work with Cross-Geo locations
• Experience in managing and executing Learning events within the organization and in the Campuses

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work with global stakeholders
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good excel and PPT skills
• BCA/ MSC/ BE in Computer science or Information Technology
• SME and experience in conducting classroom/online session on any two: Data Engineering, Python, SQL, DBMS, DW&DM, Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, IoT, Java, Data Science.
