You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have/are:

5 Years of Professional experience in Design: A minimum of five years of professional experience in the field, accompanied by a stellar portfolio that showcases your diverse skills and expertise.

Expertise in video & motion graphics production (Primary requirement): A proven track record of ensuring the production of top-quality brand videos, product demos, and explainer videos by applying robust design and animation principles.

Digital & Print Design (added advantage): Some experience in crafting creative digital and print assets, such as social media creatives, editorial designs, brochures, flyers, infographics, email designs, and more, is desirable.

Proficiency in Design Tools: Solid proficiency in industry-standard design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, enabling you to bring your creative vision to life with precision and flair.

Clear Articulation of Ideas: The ability to effectively communicate and articulate design ideas, ensuring clear understanding and alignment among team members and stakeholders.

Strong Time Management and Multitasking Skills: Proven capability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of projects without compromising on quality.

Design Thinking Capability: A strong design thinking capability coupled with the ability to problem-solve creatively and independently with limited handholding, driving innovation and excellence in all endeavors
